Patrick Fougeyrollas, Line Beauregard and Jean-Pierre Robin participated in the Committee on Citizen Relations regarding the modification of bill 11 for medical aid in dying on March 28, 2023.

They presented this brief to respond to and define the term Disability in relation to the HDM-DCP. This brief refers to our perception of disability and therefore of the situation of disability. It also addresses the different recommendations we propose for the establishment and implementation of bill 11.
